It’s a bug. And you’ve got your silver stars, so the game recognizes she’s awakened. Until this is fixed, I’d recommend using Auntm.ai to read about the details on her sig.

Took them a really long time then.

Her sig also works just fine, kept me at full health while fighting ultron in the paragauntlet yesterday.

After some testing, her sig actually works better than before. At sig 200 she will regen 75% of damage taken while glancing (since it caps at 5 transmutation buffs) but if you have more than 5 transmutation buffs, you will actually heal from it right now.
