They did on purpose ,doing M.O.D.O.K. as a sadistic being with serious mental illness. And yes, they tried to make him as fun as ever. You can see this same M.O.D.O.K. on his own animated series.

As many Mcoc champs have another versions/skins.... why not this awesome M.O.D.O.K. version?
