What should be done about THE GAP in Arena?

The gap between 5 stars to 6 and 7 stars which is massive. Should there be a need to add an arena just for 5 stars? I mean even 4 stars are still useful in arena just because of that 4 star max arena.

    The 5,6,7 stars all give the same points in the basic arena assuming the pi is the same. It's in the featured they give more points.

    I want them to go back and do featured arenas only 6 and 7 stars and basics only 4 and 5 stars

    Oh and also buff the f... milestone rewards like shards :)
