I have problems with last update

I am facing a problem after the last update, where I cannot play combat battles or duels, so the background of the game is black, and I also cannot do anything. I deleted it and re-downloaded it again, but the problem still exists. I also changed the device and the problem still persists. It is available. I hope technical support can help me

    From which device to which device. I cannot help you but curious 🧐 what device causes this problem. I have three and not facing this issue [yet].

    I have two devices have same problem, Samsung Galaxy S8 and S8 plus, the problem in two devices

    Game started to stick a lot more for me, when defenders throw their specials it stutters a little bit or most of the time freezes.

    Samsung A53 is the device I'm using.
