Will i get 4* Howard the duck becoz my account was created on 2015 which was logged into kabam and I started playing this game again on late December 2016. The question will I get Howard the duck 4* an answer would be helpful for me pls

    If your Account had existed for two years or more, you will. Even if you're inactive for a while, your Account still exists. At least that's my guess.
