Prime Gaming - What am I doing wrong?

I have claimed the Serpent Prime Gaming Reward. I click "Redeem in game." Game opens, nothing is there.

I have tried force closing the app and re-launching the Redeem in Game. No dice.

I have tried from a phone and from a computer web browser. No luck.

Anyone else run into this issue and figure out how to get it to work?

Good news, I figured out how to do this.

Instead of following the links to "Redeem in Game," which drops me in the App Store and asks me to Open MCOC, I instead decided to click and hold on the "Redeem In Game" button. I had a series of options pop up, including an option for "Open in "Champions," which bypasses the App Store screen.

This worked! Hopefully this helps someone else out who was running into the issue I had.
