Saga Ticket glitch

I have been hitting arena everyday and claiming my tickets on two accounts. Two days ago I did the arena claimed my ticket then closed the game. Yesterday I opened the game and my ticket hadn't claimed so I missed yesterday's new objective, which means I am one point behind and will not get my r4 gem which would give me my second ever r4. This is **** that it didn't give me a new objective after a glitch didn't properly claim the ticket and now I'll miss a r4.
