ALLIANCE WAR ISN'T STARING

I cant search my alliance war. Whenever I want to start war it shows "This feature is temporary unavailable......So I can't.
Plz help.

You posted this in the wrong section. And again alliance wars do not reopen until around noon EST. That is about two hours from now!
