Red Guardian and Sabretooth synergy

I’ve said it before, but this synergy is bugged. Red Guardian is not gaining a passive fury while his shield is fractured. And I’ve confirmed it’s not a visual bug as the damage is exactly the same while the shield is fractured, with and without the synergy.

I’m on the most updated version of the game, iPhone 12, iOS 17.3.1
