AW Global bane bug

So we have a kingpin global ban attackers but it’s banning me placing kingpin a defender as well.
Can we please get this fixed

There are just way to many bugs and things wrong with this game right. I hope kabam or whoever it is fixes this game before players decide to ban playing and the game falls apart. Ive invest to much time and money my account. But with the way the game is going…. Im ready to join a strike til it’s fixed.

Does anyone know who to turn to get this issue fixed? I sent support a ticket but but like always I got a robot reply. I’m not getting an actual person.
This is very frustrating. The ban says
GLOBAL ATTACKER BAN…. Not defender ban.
Please fix this.

I uninstalled game and still will not let me add kingpin back to my defenders roster.
