Want to know about 2 champions?( buff regarding)

DISCLAIMER: nor a expectation or assuming to get one.. but rather a curious question to know about them.
.
1) Black Panther Civil War: his buff was announced about more than a year ago & still not even a single update about him weather it's in process or completely shelved.
.
(pardon me if i missed that kabam already did)

2) cyclops: just want to know if there's anything on him behind the scenes or not at all?
.
PS: m sure there many on buff list already but wanted to know if there's anything on these 2 champs.

    Yeah they were just saying they would like to buff him sometime and they would really want to do it justice and everyone interpreted that as "Amazing buff coming really soon!"
