Act 6.3.6 CAIW Boss

Hello people,
During the down time between events in the content, I'm finally going back to explore acts 6 and 7. During this, I've found a major issue, or multiple with the final boss of Act 6.3.6.
1. "Crit Me With Your Best Shot", the node specifically reads that the defender takes 100% less damage from hits that aren't critical. The way this reads is that only hits that are big yellow numbers deal damage, but it says nothing about damaging effects, like damage over time. I'm not sure if the wording is wrong here or the node is not working properly. Just something to note.
2. "Destructive Feedback", the node says that any damage dealt to the defender by the attacker while shield is active is stored and dealt to the defender when the shield expires and goes on cool down, assuming the defender doesn't strike the defender or their block, where this is reflected back. However this is not happening on the final boss. Any damage dealt to Cap Beardo is not being dealt on expiry of the shield, but the node is recognising damage as when Cap hits that block, all the damage is reflected back, but upon expiry of the shield, no damage is being dealt to Cap.

2 - destructive feedback will store all damage you deal to opponent, if he hits you or your block when the shield is up you take damage, otherwise opponent will take damage upon the expiry of shield.
But since cap can only take damage from critical hits, and the damage on shield expiry is not critical (they are red/brown numbers), cap takes no damage. The best way is to not hit him while shield is up, and hit him only when shield is down. But this is risky due to aggressive fury. Alternatively, play like he is unblockable, intercept and spcial punish for opening.
