I’ve been using Havok as my bullseye counter lately, he’s been extremely effective. Each bleed on you puts a plasma on him. You’ve also got an extremely slow passive power gain that will still be in play

If I ever dupe my 7* Havok soon, I'm really considering taking him up soon for situations like this. Having him for Onslaught as well would be helpful.
