An idea for a relic that will make Psycho man that much better: a Psycho man relic!

Kabam please consider releasing in the future a Psycho man relic with the following rune:
Whenever the opponent throws a heavy attack or a speical attack, the opponent have a 100% chance to gain a Prowess buff of 0 potency, cooldown:10 seconds. If the relic is bound to Psycho man, the opponent only have a 1% chance to gain a Prowess buff when throwing a heavy or speical attack, and this abillity have no cooldown.
Other than that, shock potency or duration up/Energy vull/Heal block and power lock effects duration up would be great too
