Kabam security questions
Recently I’ve been in contact with kabam support to try regain access to my account. I forgot my kabam password, not normally an issue, but the email connected to the account has also been shut down years ago. When I go to kabam support about this to try get my password reset/ email changed, they ask these same 5 security questions to verify my ownership of the account. Some of these questions are actually impossible to answer without access to my email address (shut down) and although I have screenshots and personal information about the account (who my first maxed champ was, my first 4*, my first 5*, who I used to beat Bahamet and stuff like that) they insist on asking these 5 questions that are impossible to answer correctly. Does anyone else have this problem??
