Saw a video where the player allways chose matches with class disadvantage on purpose while doing quests, is there a bonus for allways playing on disadvantage on quests?

That is an ongoing debate. I can tell you (only from personal experience) that sometimes and actually many times facing off with a type disadvantage pays off for me. But as I say, this is something that is a heated debate and a greatly disagreed on. A video huh?
