How to get Primordial dust?

I just returned to MCOC and noticed that I have 75 Tier 1 primordial dust. I need 25 more to upgrade my 5* doctor doom. Are there any quests available for this one?

    Yeah...look for the quests that need a pawn and you will find primordial dust
