Onslaught Heavy into Special Bug

It seems that when you break the opponents block with Onslaughts heavy and try to cancel it into a special attack, they’re somehow managing to to get their block up before the special starts hitting. Obviously this requires a passive AI but for example against a Mordo who’s holding block, I feel like this isn’t working as intended.

I've also been encountering this.. hope it's sorted for 8.4.. it's lucky his special 1 is not really punishable
