Platinumpool Selector By Accident; Trying To Get It Reverted

I chose a Fourth Rate Booster Pack by accident instead of a Second Rate Booster Pack. I send in a ticket to try and get it reverted. The thing is that I had to open it because I needed to play AW. (They basically force you to make a decision before letting you play the game.)

Now they've replied with the fact that they can't help me because it has been used already. No ****! I can't just let 29 people down because of of something that happened to only me.

I would really like some genuine help with this please.

    The fact that I actually had to use the selector and that they're telling me that that's the exact reason why they can't help me seems a bit off to me.
