Why doesn't Chee'ilth counter evade?

She's a skill champion, and a common trope of Skill champs is a way to counter evade, like Ability accuracy reduction, true accuracy, true strike, etc. I feel like Chee'ilth is missing this, otherwise she would be the perfect skill champ.

    True there are some that don't counter evade (most notably Blade), but 95% of the class does. Now only if Chee'ilth's Grizzly Grit passive also countered evade as well

    She's primarily designed as a hulk counter, not a spiderverse counter
