Maze keys not working

Did 5 duels vs herc and only received credit for the first three. Then tried to use the two maze keys I received and although I still have them I can’t access it.

    (And just FYI for everyone, there is a Herc under the search results page for “aaa”, not at top, but yes on that results page)

    (1) you have to CLAIM the objective after every 3 fights, before more fights start to count to the next LEVEL of the Objective.

    (2) you have not met the TEAM REQUIREMENTS for Maze. See your pic, in Red below the Recommended #. Go EDIT your team, and it will show who qualifies to enter Maze.

    Each of the different week's Maze's support 4 classes, but not necessarily the same 4 classes as the prior week's Maze.
