5 Duels a day against (search “aaa”) a Hercules that comes up on results page.

Also (can’t vouch for being the lowest energy, but since we were using this same one last month…) in RttL 2.1 a Black Bolt fairly soon on the 1 energy quest.
(edit, or 2.4 shown above. But just thought it was good coincidence about Bolt)

Keep an eye on the daily quests. I had a quake in the first spot yesterday so it was one energy per fight.
