Ultron 5.4.6 Bugged

When you stun Ultron in 5.4.6 he does not generate his passive buffs. This renders Carina’s Asgardian Cheddar practically impossible with the 3* Loki.

Here are photos, I submitted a help ticket to Kabam, so we’ll see how long it takes for this to be looked into. I even removed my pacify mastery to make sure I wasn’t reducing ability accuracy when I parried.

Other people (many) have already mentioned this recently too.

Don’t know if it is a bug, or a desired change to operation that unfortunately (or not) has the effect of not being able to use Loki in this simple method anymore.

Imagine going all the way to the boss with only 3* Loki and find out "oh there's a bug and now it's impossible to complete".

This happened to me today. I sent a video to support. Hopefully Jax or Miike can help investigate

It shouldn't be intended to counter Loki because one of the Carina Challenges requires you to beat Ultron with a 3* Loki. Most likely just a bug.

Or there just forgot how loki worked when there changed that’s fight because Wiccan just Killed him

How do I submit a ticket?
Decided to tackle carina challenges around 3 weeks ago.
Asgardian Cheddar - clear 5.4.6 with 3*loki.
Started the quest with 4 revives and 200 units.
I spent 7-8 revives getting to ultron. Then over the last 10 days, Ive been grinding arena to build up units for revives to take on ultron. Can't clear and can't exit out to do anything else but this because I've already spent so much on it.

I finally watched a yt tutorial to figure out what I was doing wrong and noticed that Ultron's deactivated buffs won't trigger when stunned, and that's why I can't beat ultron. I've had fights lasting 8-10 mins and couldn't dent him.
Ridiculous.

Is there anyway to get this noticed? How can I submit a ticket? (Hilarious - saw the comment above for loki rankdown tickets)

I sent in a ticket and support said they would investigate and if a problem was found all players affected would get compensation. As how to get kabam attention to this topic I don’t know. But I’m certain the fight is bugged the disabled buffs don’t become active and I was not running the pacify mastery. As of now I had to quit the quest and lose the items spent on it

I posted a video regarding this bug itself sometime ago, maybe a month or more. I lost 800 units just in the hope that the bug would only last for the fight and if I lose once, it will disappear. Yeah i couldn't complete the Carina challenge too

do you have the pacify mastery turned on? if yes then the ability accuracy reduction from it should be affecting the node

zero to do with that’s I try it without and with same result. The node just doesn’t work properly

I submitted the ticket and got the same response as @Dilldozer

Same thing, they'll investigate. They can't keep me apprised and I'll have to wait for an update on forums/ingame mail if they find anything. Since this may affect many players, compensation if any will be for all affected players. They then closed the ticket.

They asked me to send a video, but after burning maybe over 800 units and quitting the quest, I'm not willing to go through it again

Back to the arena for those units... 🤣

Anyone have any updates on this? Haven’t seen anything in recent patch notes. @Kabam Miike

I contacted support and they said the issue was corrected around 5/30/24. They’re still working to address the situation and don’t have an update on compensation for those affected. If they do, and if it’s given it’ll appear through an in game mail.

So they claim it’s fixed. Anyone want to try it again? 😁

I submitted this MONTHS ago. I put up a discussion. I put in videos. I put in followup requests. Nothing. No communication, updates, or non-bot like replies. Extremely disappointed with this actually.

I went up a path with a 7* and threw a bunch of lokis at the boss. The dormant buffs become active with a parry and Loki is able to steal them. It looks like it’s fixed ❤️

I completed the carinas tonight with 3* Loki. I can confirm the bug is fixed and ultron works as expected

Sweet, thank you for following up and putting it to the test! Wish there was better communication about it, though.
