No role force charge gain in raids

Hey Kabam. I have a issue with raids. As per you said about the raids, if I finish missions successfully I should gain a role force charge. But in raids it's very bugged. Once I reach like 46 raid charges, I'm not at all gaining role force charge and again they were being reset to 4 charges from 46.This is very painful for our whole ally as revives were being lost and the raids were being left unfinished. I don't know if this issue is faced by anyone else, but this issue just makes the intrest on this game loose faster. So I would like you to go deeply into this issue and fix this as soon as possible
