The security questions for account verification with support NEED to be changed. I (the owner of my account, obviously) can’t answer 3/5 of them because they require perfect memory to be answered correctly, and support wont even tell me which ones i got wrong.
I’ve been playing this game for 8 years, started when i was 9, and when i started, i linked my kabam account to the wrong email, (my email has numbers in it, i forgot the numbers when linking my email) one i dont and never had access to. I discovered this yesterday when trying to link an email (thought i didn’t even have one linked) and I’ve been trying to contact support to get them to change my email, but it is impossible. I cant get the original name because it was some horribly misspelled name that i have no idea what it was, because again, i was 9 years old when i created the account. I cant get the purchases because i have had accounts before the one i have rn so i have no idea which purchases are linked to what account. I cant get creation date because i dont have perfect memory or access to the email i created the account on, and the Game Center achievements wouldn’t work either because i would have linked the kabam account months later. The support questions are terrible and need to be changed. They only punish people who have been playing a long time and don’t keep track of this stuff. Ive had this issue in the past (accidentally purchased a crystal, tried to contact support, they just told me if i can’t answer the questions they can’t help) but it’s never been a big deal for me, however now i could literally lose my account at any time if the owner of the email i entered when i was 9 decided they want to start playing mcoc and log in with their email.
