Isn’t Iron heart supposed to be an Onslaught counter?

I used Iron heart against Onslaught in BG using the rupture prefight. I had more than 5 ruptures on him when he threw his sp1 which should stop him from applying debuffs through my block right? (Reduces mutant AA by 150% when hitting into block, and Onslaught has 150% ability accuracy on his magnetism debuffs) He applied 6 magnetism through block on his first sp1, and then on his next one it started applying neuroshocks through my block as well. Am I missing something between this interaction?

I think they meant when Ironheart is hitting into their block. For example, if she hits nightcrawler while he is block he will never evade. That's what I think is going on, I could be wrong though🤷‍♂️

She is a good onslaught counter thanks to her ability to parry non contacts and has the rupture prefight but she’s also metal and isn’t immune to neuroshock. Good but not the best. I prefer Shocker and Havok for Onslaught over her

She's a metal champ. Metal champs can't remove neuroshocks. Only her armor ups and debuffs are unaffected by Ability Accuracy Reduction against Mutants.

Mutants suffer -150 AAR when hitting her block
......except that one mutant who controls metal.

That was my experience as well, it seems inconsistent when I test it.

My personal favorite counter is hulkbuster, just power burn him and never let him throw any specials. I just would like to know if this interaction between Onslaught and Iron heart is bugged or working as intended. It’s nice to have her as an option when she shows up in the BG draft.

The problem isn’t the nueroshocks, I’m talking about the organic magnetism debuffs off the sp1, they should only have 150% accuracy and in theory shouldn’t apply through block when iron heart has her tracking passive active. But they seem to inconsistently apply through block still. Which is annoying because it reduces her ability accuracy so parries can fail, reduces her combat power rate, and Onslaught’s Sp1 cost 33% less so he spams it alot more frequently.
