Alliance Raids Loss of Charges

My battle group in Alliance Raids got all of the bosses down easily up until we faced Ultron. We took half of his health down on the day we got to him but then lost all of our charges for all roles the next day. We tried building them back up but lost them again the next day. Is this happening to many other alliances?

    Its a bug as it acts like a cross fight if ur game crashes they go away or if a member crashes it goes its the same bug that odin and galan have and its just frustrating but we just gotta deal with it for now but wish it would get fixed

    someone is force quitting/game crashing. That causes all the charges to go away
