Is iron heart good?

I get iron heart in recent crystal opening and i know she is good but not know how good she actually is? I also have some good tech champs like nebula and ultron (love him) but i don't know is she enough good champion to rank up with them or prefer over them?

    She has great utility with good DoT damage and a strong Special 2. I personally would rank her over Nebula but i rate Ultron higher. Ironheart is not too far behind him though at least until Kabam releases more rupture immune champs (surely this is now inevitable).
