How to change global chat?

Hello again everyone. I recently made a new account cause I was getting kinda bored on my main, as one does...and I'm not in the same global as my main account. Is there any way to change which room I'm in? I like chatting with my friends and ally mates on global all the time

    That's odd.
    Here's a reply I got from support while I was asking to change region for the leaderboard. I also asked if it was impacting global.

    It does not. Which is weird in your case

    Multiple Globals cover the same areas. I can confirm when I visited the UK, I'd be in the UK global when I played mcoc on wifi and would be back in my NA global when playing on cellular data. Of my alts, 1 is in the same global as me, and the other is in the other NA global.
