60k poolies not showing in market

As per the title, seeing a few people having this issue but no response from kabam about it.

It's taken me four days of back-and-forth emails to Kabam Support, but I've finally managed to update my email address, change my password and register with the webstore as of five minutes ago:

I did have to log in and out of the webstore about four times before the offer suddenly appeared. But there it was; and hopefully I'm still on for 900,000 Poolies 🎇🎇🎇

Wait, so is this a case of my details not being correct on their market store thing? Coz in logging in using my ingame credentials for my kabam login but I'm still getting nothing. I've logged in and out countless times now too 😂

For me, it turned out that nine years ago when I started playing, I did create a Kabam ID, but then forgot about it because logging in through Google Play was easier.

And as it turned out, my Kabam ID wasn't linked to the email account that I thought it was*.

Once I identified the email it was linked to, the problem was: that email account didn't exist anymore. So after many, many emails to Support explaining this, giving details from nine years ago as best I could, I eventually persuaded them that my account did belong to me; and they changed the email account address.

Then I just had to log in and out of the webstore 4-5 times, and the offer appeared.

*You can check this by logging out of this forum; opening the game, and then clicking the forum link in the game.

That'll take you to the forum account associated with your Kabam ID; and lets you confirm that your using the right email address.

Just logged out of here and hit forums from in game and it's brought me back here with the same email so my accounts must be linked lol

Finally got a response off support and they've confirmed it is because of red units, so at least that's cleared up 😅 840k poolies max for me then haha

(Not to say that everyone having a problem with this is in Red Units. Just that everyone who is in Red Units can not get this)

Might be because this Poolies is in same section as the other “Actual Cost” Purchasable offers (even though it is free).
While the Daily Offers that you say you can still get are in a different “Free” section (further down below) of the Web Store.

May only be whatever is in the “Purchaseable” section is what can’t be gotten if in Red Units.

I've seen numerous people speculate that it could be that but never seen anything concrete to say that is the case, now I have so I'm happy lol.

I'm not sure about how it works, they didn't really say. Though, they did say that those in red units still have access to the free crystal (legends one I believe) but nothing related to limited time deals/giveaways
