Today I joined this sad club

Well apparently Kabam or the RNG gods or both agreed I deserved some justice.

My deepest thanks to @ItsClobberinTime for suggesting I deserved it. Definitely takes a bit of the sting out of my dual Things.

Conveniently I also duped my 6* Juggs relic today so am ready to trample.

It's funny cause I also pulled Juggs after my first Thing, and then he popped up on my nexus before my second Thing. Must be fate lmao congrats, great pull.

You don't have an awakened Thing mate, I don't think you're in a position to say something like that lol.
You don't know how sad it is to throw away 40k Titan shards like that cause low sig Thing does virtually nothing not even BGs defense. He's just there, being useless.

Maybe the RNG gods have a karma thing going - if you pull the lowest of the low then you get the highest of the high.

One thing I will say is thing, regardless of the dupe, is a huge f[×<$;"_÷&×& pain in the arse in this meta if you're not using a tactic attacker.....
I got creamed by a r1 u duped because I got cornered, he got indestructible x3 and I just didn't recover. Hahah
It was pretty comical, but infuriating at the same time. 🤣

I got thing from my last titan crystal and I was pissed. I already have the 6* R5 ascended so it's gonna be a long time before the 7* is a more viable option. Also got Luke Cage from it too

I like destroyer personally. Seen a lot of good stuff from him, but I’d like him to be awakened. He has some good burst + defensive potential. Are you not liking him?

My last 2 titans were a dupe on morbius and a dupe on penni. Neither really help my roster, they won't get getting ranked

He haven't performed. won me 2-3 matches in total, usually he gets nuked. I nuke him myself without using a science attacker.
Nick showcase was mostly VT meta with furies from the node. Cosmics are not common defenders I face. Plus he is not an option for maestro or serpent.
Out of several fights I tested him in frindlies, 1 resulted in a win. Sub 60 second fight. When all things lined up. Ai also doesn't help with constant need of intercepting.
He is very underwhelming on defense and whelming on attack.
I don't have anything to play outside BGs, so I don't know how he will perform.

Ah I see. I thought he was one of the best from the Titan but I haven’t had much experience with him so I’ll take your word for it until I see more gameplay. I thought he’d be good for Maestro since his burst would bypass the glancing

Funny thing that happened.
When everything was setup and was ready to nuky nuke, Big boy Maestro glanced the power gain when destroyer reached 100 charges.
I didnt use him again.

Yea, I purchased the early access bundles for both Destroyer and SpiderPunk, r5 ascended and max sig'ed both of them, and they haven't been as useful as I thought they might be. For now, at least.

I've only kept Destroyer in my deck due to the current meta this season (and sometimes he can be a ban scapegoat for some people), and I've used him a handful of times in AW. But the truth is he's not exactly the fastest attacker, and you're right about the AI reliance sometimes. I don't think it's Adam Warlock levels, but it can definitely be during some fights. I keep thinking of useful scenarios for Destroyer but from what I can see, he's mainly a hard counter for Hulkling, and I see Hulkling being used more offensively than defensively these days. I mainly get use out of him for his immunities. Thought his sp2 burst might be a solid nuke, but without the sp3 rotation, he loses a lot of 'oomph!'

I'm sure Destroyer and Punk will have their day soon, but I don't think it's right now.

This is a club I really didn’t want to join… I’m tempted to just R2 him and put an extra 40 sigs in him so I don’t feel like I wasted those titan shards. I don’t have the 6* ranked up.

Congrats @ItsClobberinTime believe she is a solidly good pull - although she refuses to join my roster as even a 6* so I’ll admit to not having a huge amount of experience with her.

I did have a bit of good luck myself again today with the 7* shards from the various final milestones.

lol if the copium makes me feel better than that’s all that matters 😂 Do you think sig 60 is enough to make him decent on defense? Puts him at 58.4% protection, combine that with the 18% physical resist stat focus and he’s close to the 80% from max sig.
