New knull and void crystal problem

I have shards for the new knull and void crystal yet I can’t find it anywhere in the crystal page. I have updated my game and I still can’t find it. Any fixes?

    But Look at the second picture I posted, the old event crystal shows up, so I can’t open the new ones

    I am Uncollected and i am also having the same problem.
