I pulled and duped 7* Omega Red, is he worth investing the 40 sig stones I have or is that not enough to make a difference?

I think 40 sigs is ok for now, but the difference will be massive

If you love recoil masteries, then definitely invest in him. Otherwise only invest in him if you enjoy his playstyle

Invest only if you run Suicides, otherwise wait for a better champ
