I would say between bullseye and juggs, bullseye if you're a big bgs and war dude esp

Juggs does what he does at r2 he doesn't need r3, Bullseye on the other hand could really use that extra damage especially after the Sinister buff, and Negasonic coming to the game. At least he won't be dead weight if your opponent drafts one of those since then you could use Bullseye on attack, contrary to popular belief a r3 Bullseye does hit hard and he can take a lot of r2 7* and r5 ascended 6* matchups.
