    Read through his bio, you’ll see 4 missions. As you go through a quest, you want to complete those. Each mission will give you a cruelty buff and maybe an extra boost if you have synergies. For fights, what I usually do is build to sp2 and pop it while I still have charges. That’s really it.

    rely on that crit through block.
    count your hits, make sure you've still got charges.
    complete missions.
    don't forget he ignores all damage from cold snap, bleed, and shock; willpower heals, yay.
