    Have both r3 duped and it’s tough to decide which one is better. They are both pretty equal at the top of the mystic class.

    Juggy is a BG nuke. Everyone knows that. Chavez has great damage, decent utility. Also, can be a pain on D if she's not cooperating. I recently r3 her & have zero regret. Been putting in work in 9.1 beta, too
