Not able to load title, even after restarting

So I wanted to explore the EQ, but then when i went into the battle it was loading for a long time and i turned the app off and restarted my device. I went back in the game and tried playing battlegrounds, but after selecting the first round attackers and defenders, the fight was not loading for over 5 minutes. Can anyone tell me what i should do now? Should i uninstall and reinstall the game? or is it happening for anyone else? (i have perfectly fine wi-fi, i can load anything other than battles)

    mistake in title, meant not able to load battle (p.s. how to edit a post, i am new in forums)
