Which 7 star mutant i should Rank 2?

Between Dust and Domino which champion I should Rank 2?
Both of them are Unawakened. I like both but Domino highly depends on Luck where Dust's Damage is consistent. Dust also has many immunities and utilities. Need the opinion of players who ranked up and played with both.

I won't vote because I don't have dust myself, but I've seen Fintech do some wicked stuff with her in war.

Here's the thing I've noticed in BG's, though.
Even an unawareness Domino ends fights relatively quickly most times, and she can still trio you up when you're fighting her, you just don't take the crit fail damage or whatever it's called.

I used to think "I won't rank her unduped" but lately I've been seeing alot of unduped r2-r3 Domino's and she's still been performing very well for the most part.

Domino is particularly good in this bg season as she has high aar to purify debuffs.

Dust (Unawakened)

It is simple domino>dust but if both unawakened, dust> domino. Since i don't have both of them so i say it is purely defensive side and know very less about their offensive abilities.
