Look up Mcoc Noob on YouTube for act 7 & 8 guides. As for your 1st r4, pick a champion that you like, you use a lot, & will help you clear content. There's no exact answer

Your best options are Onslaught, CGR and Herc, who are insane nukes that probably aren't going to be available as 7*s anytime soon. CGR and Herc are insane attackers who have plenty of utility (Herc carried me through act 6,7 and 8), while Onslaught has plenty of utility and is one of, if not the best mutant in the game.
