Help with Glykhan boss 8.4.6 boss

Hi I am having trouble with Glykhan boss, I manage to get 6 punishments with 3 parries and 3 hits onto blocks however when I attack he seems to take no damage, please see video.

it depends o whether or not you hit him after his heavy attacks ad specials, if you do either you will do damage, if not , it dosent matter how much prowess you have( sorry for the post if you have already beat him)
