How can i get the Beta Features ?

I always wonder how so many Players are having the Beta Access but i dont have that.
I play this Game now for nearly 10 years but i never had it
With the Beta now the Beta owners can Play 9.1 Beta and get some 7* Shards for it...
Is the Beta only for Random selected Players or is it only for Content Creators ?
How do i get access for it

    Invites are sent randomly to players. Those players then register to take part in the beta.

    No, in the game itself. If you get an invite it'll come in the in game mail
