Doc Octopus heal block

Doc oc heal block was blocking willpower heal against an X23 earlier. First I noticed it but it was for sure happening. She was willpower healing while stunned

    Was she also taking equal damage? If your Doc Oc is duped, he doesn't actually heal block, he lifesteals an equal amount to what they regenerate.
