Bug with 7* shards in rank up store?

The 7* shard award in the rank up store doesn’t even tell you how many shards you get. I spent 10 units to find out. Now it just shows as claimed and I never claimed them. Also can’t tell if they were added to my 7* shards in inventory. Anyone else?

    Pretty sure when I clicked it, it said 100 shards and free

    Happened same with me and I have checked my 7* shards and they haven't increased but showing 7* shards as claimed

    Already submitted a ticket with support.
    Will see what details they provide?

    It’s 100, saw someone else's screen shot and they had the shards free and iso/gold as bonus. It said 100 shards
