Who’s the better rank up?

I just got Jabari, Emma frost, and kitty 6*
I prefer story and aw/aq to btg but would like to have a better defense for btg. Just got cav are any of these worth ranking for thonebreaker or just in general?

    Kitty is best champion for act 6 all of above you have. Just practice her to that extent that you can say 'i can use kitty comfortably'. She is an absolute beast. Others champions as far as i know(currently on 6.2.5 so not known ahead of this). Longshot, magneto, nimrod, scorpion and abomination (if it is ibom, i can't see him) are useful in both BGs and quests. Void after awakening is good attacker and jabari is also a good attacker but stryfe, he is a great champion but needs crossfight rampup (similar ro hercules). So he is a useless attacker in BGs bcoz unlike hercules, his rampup is too long for a single fight.
    BGs defenders in your roster aremystic spidy, void and sersi. Emma, scorpion, kitty and jabari are also annoying while stryfe is time consuming if he use sp1 regularly during defense.
