Less damage in raids compared to previous ones?

Maybe I'm missing something but I'm trying to fight Guardian in the new raids and I seem to be doing WAY less damage than any previous raids. I'm using the same Titania (R3 7*), and I was at a point before that even if I didn't have all the Vanguard charges built up by my alliance mates, I was still able to get the boss down 12% no matter the nodes.

Guardian wants me to do lights and mediums, I keep doing them, get to 20 orange charges but still can't even do 10% damage. Looks like my specials when indestructible aren't getting bonus damage either when before I could get 400k on one SP2 crit.

Does anyone know what changed?

Yeah guardian took a while to get down. Titania still rips through Medusa and Thor Rags though

Hes sig 200 so tanky on crit and just high armour
