Can there be a way for newly paragon players to get a 5* stark spidy?

As a player who got paragon after the new carrinas challenges, is there any way for me or other newly paragon players to get a 5* stark spidy? I do not have a 5* stark spidy, and think that newly paragon players could do something to earn a stark spidy. With all of the other challenges created by creators, there is a selector to get the champs to do there challenges.
