Serpent Intensify

Hey Guys, the ability kit of Serpent mentions that the SP3 would refresh any Aptitude or intensity buff, but I don't see how Serpent could get the Intensity one, the Aptitude can be given by Thor relic, and the sig can give an intensity too, but I don't understand how Serpent can get it, because you get the Intensity when you have 3 of these aptitudes, and you get an Aptitude the first time you get an armor up buff, a precision and a fury, Serpent can get Précision through Dexterity, Fury through his kit, but how can he get the Armor up buff ? Unless there is something I don't get
