Revolutionizing Recruitment: A Call for Automated Matchmaking.

Hey devs!
I know the players’ wishlist for this game could circle the globe. However, as the Leader of an alliance for almost seven years, I'd like to add one more suggestion.
Recruiting has never been more challenging. With so many people seeking members and not enough prospects, the process has become incredibly tough.
I've always believed the game should offer more support to Leadership in building alliances, considering how crucial they are to the game. Simply having a recruitment space in the forums is far from sufficient.
My suggestion is to automate the recruitment process!
>> Provide us with a set of options to select what we’re looking for in a recruit.
>> On the individual player side, let them specify the type of alliance they are seeking.
This way, both players and alliances can have their own "matchmaking profile" of sorts.
When an alliance needs a new member, we can push a button and be matched with someone who fits our desired profile, and vice versa.
It would also be great if players who want to be recruited could either choose to receive offers they can review or be automatically drafted once they put themselves on the market. It would save a ton of time for all parties involved and remove the need for people to be at the right time at the right place.
It's high time recruiting received some quality-of-life improvements, guys.
Being part of my alliance is what keeps me engaged with the game, and I know the same is true for my members. Once a player finds their home and their people, MCOC transforms into something else.
I know devs got a lot on their plate but I strongly believe this should also be a priority.
Leaders and Officers are your ambassadors! We engage, teach, coach, inform, cheer, and ensure players return not just daily, but multiple times a day! Week after week, month after month, year after year! During weekends and holidays.
Show us some freaking love in return, please! It’s long overdue.

Hope this helps...
I think they just assume the high tier alliances recruit through various means and don’t need help. The lesser alliances that don’t bring in similar revenue are left with trying to make the best of a scuffed system.
Line groups, Reddit. Sure. Those exist. But that's the whole point I'm making. Keep things in house, instead of making players run around like we have for years.
