Best raid Tactician

Who do you think is the best tactician? Some say CGR. Others say Hulkling..... I've seen a couple votes here and there for Venom And Kushala.....
I've used Venom with little success so far.

    Hulkling has been great for me any time I’ve run him.

    Anybody use Vox this last time around? I wasn’t sure if the auto-block counter offsets the DOT issues
