Can’t use my account with only email on other devices

I have lost my phone multiple times and tried to sign in with my email, but it never happens without my IPhone profile. I have tried to use the password I created but that doesn’t work. Can you help me to make sure if I would like to sign in on devices without my IPhone Id I can. Have this account for over 3 years and have emailed multiple times and the problem has not been resolved
